TABEC are proud to be part of the urban redevelopment of Railway Square, Midland. Completed in December 2017, this project provides an interactive civic space providing quality food and beverage opportunities and public space for community events and regional outdoor activities. Historically a rail yard for locomotives being maintained in the adjacent Midland Railway Workshops, the existing rail line running through the site has been accommodated in the redevelopment of the precinct as a feature of the landscape. The project successfully ties into the historic workshops, residential apartments and proposed 3 to 4 storey development sites to the south and west.
