Our experience with commercial, industrial and public realm developments has included the design and contract management for foreshore redevelopment, sports fields, town centres, factories, distribution centres, train stations, car parks, industrial lots and road and highway diversions. Across these projects, our involvement has included the provision of specialist services through to complete administration of the project’s design, costing and construction.
TABEC’s role requires us to design and manage the installation of key services, optimise the development interface, integrate extensive landscape elements, manage major earthworks and stage road and service construction, often to facilitate ongoing access throughout the project.
