Key Personnel

Barry has over 40 years of experience in the engineering and construction management of major infrastructure and land development projects and has been a Director at TABEC since 2001.

Barry oversees complex projects and provides significant experience in town planning liaison, infrastructure planning, civil detailed design and contract administration for numerous residential subdivisions, public realm and major canal developments throughout WA metro and regional areas.

Brian has over twenty-four years’ experience working as a civil engineer and has been responsible for the engineering design and delivery of multi-stage land development projects and civil infrastructure projects across metropolitan and regional Western Australia. Brian has been involved in all aspects of project delivery and has a sound understanding of the service and local authorities’ procedures and standards, whilst consistently challenging ‘traditional’ industry standards and servicing strategies

After starting his career at TABEC, Jonathan has almost 20 years’ experience as a Project Engineer focussed on delivering a range of residential and commercial projects throughout WA. He is particularly interested in sustainable solutions and driving high quality outcomes through a proactive and collaborative approach to each project.

Michael is a Chartered Professional Engineer responsible for leading the design and contract administration of a range of land development, urban renewal and infrastructure projects throughout Western Australia. Acknowledged for his pro-active approach and strong emphasis on communication and quality, Michael is also involved in numerous professional committees including UDIA Outlook and Consult Australia FutureNet WA.

Justin has been involved in land development and infrastructure projects since 2009 with his early roles providing him with Local Govenment and onsite construction experience. Since joining TABEC in 2015, Justin has been exposed to a broad range of residential subdivisions and commerical developments within the metro region, assisting with all elements of the project lifecycle, such as planning, feasibility, design and contract administration. Justin is also currently involved with the Property Council Australia (PCA) Future Directions committee.
